HPYS Basketball (YBL)

Dear Parents and Players,In the development of the YBL, it has been our goal to provide a recreational youth league within the Hardwood Palace centered around teamwork and skill development through spirited competition. With that bigger picture in mind, we have decided to "team" up with Hotshots and create one league for the community and the future. Over the past nine months it has become clear that the best opportunity for children to grow and mature as basketball players is within an established league with numbers large enough to support division between skill levels. And the best place for these student-athletes to play is here at the Hardwood Palace. We understand that you may have questions and or concerns regarding this change, but please know that the summer season will continue as planned, and that your practices and games will still take place at the Hardwood Palace. We are in the process of finalizing the rosters now, and you all will be notified of your team placement and scheduled practice day and time in a few days.Please consider in your thinking that we are doing what we believe is best for your children and their futures as basketball players.
